Most activities at Mörudden revolve around water. This destination, with its beach and jetties, offers great swimming in beautiful Lake Vänern as you take in the lovely surroundings. The nearby area features a nature reserve for relaxing walks, while those looking for a little peace and quiet on their holiday can rent a rowboat and take in the lovely sights from the middle of the lake. There is a playground on the beach, and you can also hire a canoe, stand-up paddle board or pedal car. When you’re in the mood for a pleasant day trip, the city of Karlstad is only half an hour away by car.
