Our Rules of Conduct are established for the well-being of you and other guests. We hope that they will contribute to you having a wonderful stay at or campsite.
You may check in from 13:00 for camping and 15:00 for cabins on the day of arrival. Check-out is at 12:00 for camping and 11:00 for cabins on the day of departure, unless otherwise specified. When checking out, you can use our express check-out option and place the key/access tag in the red check-out box.
To book and stay at our destinations without a guardian, you and everyone in your party must be at least 18 years old. Valid ID must be presented upon request. For safety reasons, the minimum age for certain destinations may be over 18 years during specific times. If this is the case, it will be specified in connection with booking.
Camping vehicles must be parked on your pre-rented pitch and as shown in the picture below in order to comply with applicable fire safety regulations (unless otherwise stated onsite). If you are unsure, please contact our staff for assistance.
Only one motor vehicle per rented camping pitch / cabin is allowed, and the vehicle must be parked on the camping pitch or outside the cabin. Any additional vehicles must be parked in the designated area. Ask our staff if you don’t know where that is. Visits are nice, and if you are having temporary visitors when staying with us, they need to park their vehicles in the parking lot outside the campsite area.
You will receive a key / access tag / code upon check-in. You may not use your key / access tag / code to let other people through the entrance gate or into buildings. Lost keys / access tags will be subject to a charge.
Our destinations in Sweden are completely cashless. Of course, we accept all major debit and credit cards.
Dogs and cats are more than welcome, but they must always be kept on a leash and are not allowed in our common service areas or in cabins that don’t allow pets. Don’t forget to pick up after your pet.
For reasons of hygiene, bed linens must be used in all beds. Bed linens and towels can be rented at the time of booking or at reception. Any violation will be subject to a charge.
Service buildings are open 24/7 for those who are staying on camping pitches, in basic cabins, or in glamping tents.
If you need to get in touch with us outside reception hours, call the reception number and you’ll be connected to our night duty staff.
In case of fire or emergency: Save anyone in danger, phone 112 emergency services, extinguish the fire. Refer to the destination map to see where in the area fire extinguishers are located.
Be considerate of your camping neighbours and respect others’ wishes to be left alone. Motor traffic on the campsite is only allowed between the entrance / exit and your camping pitch / cabin. Maximum speed is 10 km/h. Motor traffic on the campsite is not allowed between midnight and 06:00, except for the campsite’s own commercial vehicles as well as rescue services, police, and security companies.
Go slow, and show consideration for pedestrians when cycling in the area.
Remember to keep things tidy within your pitch for everyone’s comfort.
Black and grey wastewater must not be stored in open containers or be released directly onto the ground. Empty black and grey wastewater in our designated areas.
We respect each other and maintain peace and order at all times of the day. Quiet hours are between midnight and 07:00, which means, among other things, that any loudspeaker systems must be switched off. If you are the cause of a security callout, you may be charged for the callout cost.
Football, frisbee, and similar activities are great fun, but keep in mind that such activities are only allowed in the designated areas. Firearms, fireworks, and darts are not allowed.
To wash your car or camping vehicle, please use the designated area outside the campsite.
No sales or other commercial activities are allowed within the campsite. Exceptions require special permission from First Camp.
We care about the environment and sort waste in the designated containers. Bulky waste such as garden furniture, tent equipment, and the like must be discarded at municipal recycling stations.
Barbecuing is only allowed in the designated barbecue areas or using your own barbecue grill at your pitch / cabin. Open campfires or disposable grills on the site are not permitted. Charcoal must be emptied into designated containers at the waste station.
We all need to take care of our nature. Pick up your rubbish and throw it in the nearest bin.
The campsite and its staff are not responsible for your belongings. In the unlikely event of damage or theft on the camping pitch, to material, or to property of other guests, the person responsible for the such damage is responsible for compensation. You will need to use your own insurance.
Before departing, you need to clean your pitch or cabin properly. When staying in a cabin, you’ll find cleaning instructions and equipment in the cabin. Contact reception if you’d like to purchase final cleaning.
For everyone’s comfort, follow all mandatory and prohibition signs on site.
Up to two 10–11 kg gas cylinders (P11/PA11/P10) may be kept on each individual camping pitch.
Connection to our electricity hook-ups is only allowed with an approved electric cable type A07BB, H07RN-F, or similar, at least 3x2.5mm2. If the cable is on a reel, the entire cable must be unrolled to avoid overheating. The electric cable between the hook-up and caravan should not be longer than 25 metres.
No electric cars may be charged using campsite electricity hook-ups or at our cabins. First Camp charges a penalty for any violation.
If these Rules of Conduct are not followed, our staff has the right to expel you and your belongings from the campsite.
Here at First Camp, we are happy to hear your ideas on how we can improve. If you have any problems, please notify reception as soon as possible so that we can resolve them.
