Booking- and Payment options

The earlier you book your stay, the better place you will get, and you can also start looking forward to your trip right away. When it comes to payment, you can choose between several different options. All to allow you to choose what suits your situation best at each occasion.

1. Pay as it suits you

You can pay the full amount immediately at the time of booking or choose to pay 20% (at least 500 SEK) if the booking is made more than 45 days before arrival. In that case, you pay the remaining amount no later than 45 days before arrival. If the booking is made less than 45 days before arrival, the full amount is paid immediately.

2. Booking Terms – Avoid booking fee online 

If you want to make a booking with us, the easiest and cheapest way is online, as you then avoid the booking fee. If, on the other hand, you need help, we also offer booking by phone or email, but then a fee is added. We also offer a 15% online discount on bed linen and departure cleaning.

3. Choose Flex or Bas when booking

Bas - our cheapest booking option!

Bas is a good choice if you know exactly when you want to come and how long you want to stay. When you book Bas, you do not have the option to make changes to your booking or cancel. Full payment of the rental amount must be received by us in advance according to booking terms. Note that it is not possible to move the payment date, and the booking is personal and may not be transferred or sublet. 

Flex - our flexible booking option!

When you book Flex, you always have the option to cancel or make changes to your booking until 3:00 p.m. the day before arrival, regardless of the reason. No changes can be made, and no refund is made on your booking after 3:00 p.m. the day before arrival or during your stay. This option is good if, for example, you want to book your favorite spot far in advance but are unsure if you can come that day. We simply offer more freedom in your booking.

No booking fees are refunded upon cancellation, the remaining amount is refunded. Full payment of the rental amount must be received by us in advance according to booking terms. Note that it is not possible to move the payment date, and the booking is also personal and may not be transferred or sublet.

4. Our payment options - pay directly or over time

We offer payment via Klarna. Read more about First Camp's organization by clicking here.

Together with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options where payment is made directly in Klarna's payment solution:

In sweden:

  • Pay with card: (Visa/Mastercard/Mastercard Debit)
  • Bank account: Your card will be charged immediately after the order is placed.
  • Invoice 30 days: Payment term is 30 days from the time of booking. Terms for paying within 30 days.
  • Installment payment 6 months
  • Pay at the end of next month
  • Monthly invoice
  • Swish

In Denmark:

  • Pay with card: (Visa/Mastercard/Mastercard Debit)
  • Invoice 30 days: Payment term is 30 days from the time of booking. Terms for paying within 30 days.
  • Installment payment 3 months
  • Mobile Pay

In Norway:

  • Pay with card: (Visa/Mastercard/Mastercard Debit)
  • Invoice 30 days: Payment term is 30 days from the time of booking. Terms for paying within 30 days.

In Germany:

  • Pay with card: (Visa/Mastercard/Mastercard Debit)
  • Bank transfer. Easily and directly pay from your bank using SEPA direct debit or instant bank transfer.
  • Invoice 30 days: Payment term is 30 days from the time of booking. Terms for paying within 30 days.

In order to offer a range of different payment options, we need to share your personal, contact, and order information with the provider of each payment service. We recommend that you read our privacy policy. The use of this information is governed by applicable data protection laws and Klarna's privacy policy.

So if you want to get away as cheaply as possible for your next camping adventure, we recommend booking online. When you book, you also accept our privacy policy.

5. Cancel or change your booking

If you have booked with Flex, you have the option to cancel or change your booking until 3:00 PM the day before arrival. If you booked your trip online, you can do so by logging into "Mina Sidor" or creating an account. If you booked via the reception or by phone, the cancellation or rebooking is done via email to hej@firstcamp.se or by phone during our opening hours at 0771-101 200, and we will assist you.
