Important Information about Data Breach

First Camp has been informed of a security incident at CompuSoft AS, the supplier of our booking system.
CompuSoft has stated that unauthorized parties may have gained access to certain information in the booking system. We take this situation very seriously and are working closely with CompuSoft.
The information that may be affected includes:
- name
- email address
- phone number
- city/country
- certain booking information, such as arrival and departure dates, booking number, invoice number or information about the booked unit
Not all of this information is necessarily affected in your case. It depends on what information was registered in connection with your booking and what information may have been accessed.
There are no indications that payment card details, bank details, national identification numbers or passwords are affected.
The main risk is assessed to be that the information could be used in fraud attempts or phishing, for example to try to obtain payment card details, bank details, national identification numbers or passwords by using information such as an email address.
We therefore recommend that you pay extra attention to emails, text messages or phone calls where someone claims to be First Camp or another party and asks you to confirm information, pay through an unknown link or share sensitive information.
We always send emails from addresses ending in @firstcamp.se, @firstcamp.dk or @firstcamp.no. No other domains.
First Camp will never ask you to provide passwords, payment card details, national identification numbers or BankID/MitID/NemID by email, text message, WhatsApp or phone.
We do send pre-arrival confirmations by email with links to complete payment. These emails will always be sent from an address ending in one of the domains listed above.
We sincerely regret the concern this may cause. The safety and trust of our guests are very important to us, and we are working carefully to handle the situation correctly and responsibly.
