Kolmården – Norrköping

Looking for your next adventure? Welcome to our campsite in Kolmården! Every year, thousands of young explorers come with their families to First Camp Kolmården – Norrköping. The campsite is located only 4 km from the largest zoo in the Nordic Region and the Kolmården Tropicarium.

 

Not only is your accommodation near the zoo, regardless of whether you’re in cabin or on a camping pitch in a motorhome, caravan, or tent, you also have access to numerous fun activities on the campsite. The setting around the beautiful Bråviken Bay, with is child-friendly beach and jetty, is perfect for relaxing. Or why not rent a bike and explore the lovely surroundings?

 

If you’re up for an excursion, Tom Tits Experiment, fascinating rock carvings, and Stegeborg Castle Ruins are only a car ride away. Don’t miss them during your stay with us in Kolmården.

 

Welcome!

Here you will find more practical information that may be useful to know about our destination. What applies to WiFi, where the emptying station is located, or where to find the nearest defibrillator. Here you will also find our general rules of conduct, which apply to all camping guests, to ensure the best possible stay.

 

Waste
At First Camp, we actively work for a better environment and hope that you, as a guest, do the same. At our waste stations, we sort items such as plastic, aluminium, glass, cardboard, and newspapers. Instructions are available at each station.

 

Barriers
Open the barrier using the access card you received at check-in.

 

Bus Connections
The bus stop “Sandviken Krokek” is located just outside the campsite. Timetables are available at the reception.

 

Shop
The service shop is open during the spring and summer season. It is gradually stocked throughout the spring in order to offer its full range during the summer season.

 

Directions
The address is Kvarsebovägen 2, 618 34 Kolmården. Please note that there is another location with the same street name and number approximately 20 km from the campsite. Search for First Camp Kolmården – Norrköping in your GPS.

 

Defibrillator
A defibrillator is available at the reception.

Service Card
At check-in, you will receive an access/service card. These can be topped up with money and used, for example, for washing machines (showers are free of charge).

 

Emptying Station
It is possible to empty chemical toilet tanks at the reception, in the building behind Skovlängerne. There is also a larger station by the workshop building after the playground – fixed tanks can also be emptied there.

 

WiFi
WiFi is available in selected areas near the reception, service buildings, and cabins. Please note that the connection may be somewhat slow during peak season.

 

Opening Hours
First Camp Kolmården – Norrköping is open all year round. Other facilities such as the bistro and shop have varying opening hours depending on the season.
