Öland is full of activities, attractions and places to discover! That is why we have gathered some of our best tips for things to do near the campsite on Öland. Borgholm is only a few kilometres away, while the Halltorps hage nature reserve is right next to the campsite. Or why not visit one of Öland’s famous lighthouses? Stroll around Borgholm
Borgholm is the lively summer heart of Öland, with cosy cafés, small shops and a bustling harbour. Stop for an ice cream, take a walk along the waterfront or simply enjoy the atmosphere around the town square. A perfect outing for relaxed holiday days.
Borgholm Castle
Visit Borgholm Castle, just a few kilometres from our campsite. Wander through the historic ruins and step back in time as you explore the impressive surroundings. From here, you can also enjoy fantastic views across the open landscape and the Kalmar Strait – a place that impresses visitors of all ages.
Hiking and cycling on Öland
Öland is made for hiking and cycling. Here you will find trails and routes that take you through open landscapes, along the coast and through leafy forests. Whether you prefer gentle family outings or longer adventures with a picnic stop along the way, there is something for everyone.
Halltorps hage Nature Reserve
