Spoilt for choice at First Camp Ekerum!
Guests at our campsite in Ekerum really are spoilt for choice, with almost too many fun activities to choose from! This destination offers campers an endless array of possibilities and activities. A wonderful beach, a great pool area, pedal boating in the bay, well-equipped playgrounds, a jumping pillow, challenging biking and hiking trails, sports and exercise, velomobiles and pedal cars and exciting adventure golf, not to mention our popular Kids Club and workout sessions during the summer. The list just goes on and on! If – however unlikely – you grow tired of the activities at the campsite, there is also a magnificent nature reserve next to the destination, where you can enjoy wonderful walks and beautiful views.
Adventure golf
This campsite has a fun adventure golf course for anyone who is up for a challenge. Suits young and old campers alike. Book a round and pick up your clubs at our activity centre.

Beach and swimming
The beach or the pool – what does your family prefer? At Ekerum – Öland, you don’t have to choose. Here you can experience both the beach and the pool on the same day.
A stone’s throw from our destination is a beautiful beach stretching out along the bay. Our wonderful, bright sandy beach is a popular destination during the sunny days of summer. The opportunities for both swimming and playing are endless here. Dogs are welcome on the designated dog beaches.
Bicycle trails
Explore the bicycle trails around the campsite and experience the area on two wheels. A perfect way to spend your time outdoors in nature, and to discover new gems to revisit. The local area is teeming with lovely spots and great nature experiences for the whole family!
Bouncy
Try our exciting jumping pillow, located on the playground down by the beach. The kids – both young and old – love it, and you get to enjoy the beautiful, open views.
Entertainment
The evening entertainment for the summer of 2024 has now ended, a thousand thanks for all the magical memories! More information about 2025 will come later.
During the summers, we offer fantastic camping nights with entertainment several days a week, and summer 2024 is no exception! Sing along, dance, and participate in camping quizzes with family and camping neighbors. The activities are completely free.

Our popular training program is back this summer, hooray! Start your day with a fun, invigorating, and sweaty outdoor workout. Summer’s training offers three different training forms, spread over three days a week. Whether you’re a beginner or a regular gym-goer, it doesn’t matter. People come to our training sessions to recharge, have fun, and, of course, break a sweat! The activities are completely free.

Hiking trails

During the summers, we offer hilariously fun activities for our little campers, and summer 2024 is no exception! This year’s program offers 25 fantastically fun children’s activities every week, for a whole 6 weeks! Have a blast, make new camping buddies, and, of course, meet the world’s best Yessi! It will be a summer vacation you won’t forget. The activities are completely free.

Kid’s Pool
Our youngest campers can splash around in our children’s pool, which is a clear favourite. Here you can splash and play as much as you like, or even practice learning to swim for the first time. No landlubbers here – there are endless opportunities for pool fun!
Outdoor gym
If you want to stay active during your camping holiday, there are plenty of possibilities to do so in the area, including our outdoor gym!
Pedal boats
Go for a boat ride and discover your surroundings from the water. The perfect activity if you want to get a workout in during your holiday while enjoying nature at the same time. As much fun for young and old campers alike! Ask at the reception about secret gems that cannot be missed.
Pedel car
Rent a velomobile or pedal car from us. A great activity for the whole family. Go alone or pair up to experience the campsite area. Our largest velomobile seats 4 people. Rent your velomobile or pedal car via our activity centre.

Large velomobile, 4 people, SEK 100/30 minutes, SEK 140/60 minutes
Single/small velomobile SEK 90/30 minutes, SEK 120/60 minutes
Playground
The campsite includes several fun play areas. Right by the beach is a playground with a jumping pillow that is highly popular among the kids. While your kids play, you can enjoy the magical views and the open landscape. The campsite also has jungle gyms, swings, and much more!
Rent a bicycle
Experience the beautiful surroundings by bike. Perfect if you want to go on a fun excursion on your own or with your family. Why not bring a picknick to enjoy in the stunning nature and the open landscape? Rent your bicycle via the campsite activity centre.
Sauna
Bring the family or camping neighbors and enjoy a warming moment in our sauna. Here you can relax in peaceful surroundings, because the sauna is a stone’s throw from the sea and with a really nice view. Perfect for those who want to treat themselves to a cooling bath.
Next to the sauna there is also a shower and WC. The sauna is booked in periods of 2 hours and it is done directly via the reception.
Price: SEK 500 for 2 hours. A maximum of 6 people can stay in the sauna per booking.

Swimmingpool
Our popular pool area consists of two pools, one of which is a kids’ pool. You will also find two exciting water slides.
Free admission for campers. During the summer, the pool is only open to guests staying at First Camp Ekerum – Öland.
