Fun activities at First Camp Ekerum!
Guests at our campsite in Ekerum really are spoilt for choice, with almost too many fun activities to choose from! This destination offers campers an endless array of possibilities and activities. A wonderful beach, a great pool area, pedal boating in the bay, well-equipped playgrounds, a jumping pillow, challenging biking and hiking trails, sports and exercise, velomobiles and pedal cars and exciting adventure golf, not to mention our popular Kids Club and workout sessions during the summer.
Adventure golf
The adventure golf course is currently being renovated in preparation for summer 2025!
There is a fun adventure golf course at the campsite that offers several exciting challenges – perfect for campers of all ages. You can purchase and pick up clubs either at the on-site ice cream bar or at the reception.

Beach and swimming
The beach or the pool – what does your family prefer? At Ekerum – Öland, you don’t have to choose. Here you can experience both the beach and the pool on the same day.
A stone’s throw from our destination is a beautiful beach stretching out along the bay. Our wonderful, bright sandy beach is a popular destination during the sunny days of summer. The opportunities for both swimming and playing are endless here. Dogs are welcome on the designated dog beaches.
Bicycle trails
Explore the bicycle trails around the campsite and experience the area on two wheels. A perfect way to spend your time outdoors in nature, and to discover new gems to revisit. The local area is teeming with lovely spots and great nature experiences for the whole family!
Bouncy
Try our exciting jumping pillow, located on the playground down by the beach. The kids – both young and old – love it, and you get to enjoy the beautiful, open views.
Entertainment
Between weeks 27-32, we offer fantastic camping evenings with entertainment several days a week! Sing along, dance, and enjoy a wonderful evening with family and camping neighbors. All activities are included in the price when you book.

Around our destination there is a fantastic nature that you can enjoy. Perfect for those who want to hike or go for a jog.
Kids club
Play, have fun, and make new camping besties at Yessi Club!
Between weeks 27-32, we invite kids to loads of fun activities at the campsite. Yessi will even join in on some of them! All activities are included in the price when you book. A summer holiday you won’t forget!
Kids’ Pool
Our youngest campers can splash around in our children’s pool, which is a clear favourite. Here you can splash and play as much as you like, or even practice learning to swim for the first time. No landlubbers here – there are endless opportunities for pool fun!

Outdoor gym
If you feel like moving around during your camping holiday, there’s an outdoor gym on-site. You’ll find it near the Halltorp cabins, along with access to activities like a football pitch and hiking/running trails nearby.
There are also great activity options in the surrounding area and in the beautiful Öland nature.
Pedal boats
Head out for a ride and explore the area with a pedal boat – a great way to stay active during your holiday while enjoying nature. Fun for both kids and adults! Ask at the reception for hidden gems you shouldn’t miss.

Pedel car
Rent a velomobile or pedal car from us. A great activity for the whole family. Go alone or pair up to experience the campsite area. Our largest velomobile seats 4 people. Rent your velomobile or pedal car via our activity centre.
Price:
Large velomobile, 4 people, SEK 100/30 minutes, SEK 140/60 minutes
Single/small velomobile SEK 90/30 minutes, SEK 120/60 minutes
Playground
The campsite includes several fun play areas. Right by the beach is a playground with a jumping pillow that is highly popular among the kids. While your kids play, you can enjoy the magical views and the open landscape. The campsite also has jungle gyms, swings, and much more!
Rent a bicycle
Explore the beautiful surroundings around the campsite by bike. Perfect for a fun and cosy outing – solo or with the whole family.
Price: 195 SEK/day
Helmets and child seats are available to borrow.
Sauna
Bring your family or camping neighbours and enjoy a relaxing moment in our sauna. Here, you can unwind in a peaceful setting – the sauna is just a stone’s throw from the sea and offers beautiful views. Perfect if you’re in the mood for a refreshing dip afterwards.
The sauna includes a shower and WC. Bookings are made for 2-hour slots and arranged directly via the reception.
Price: 500 SEK for 2 hours. A maximum of 6 people per booking.
Sauna opening hours: 30 April – 29 September. Open during reception hours.
Pool sauna opening hours: 31 May – 1 September. Open daily from 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM.If you have questions or want to book, feel free to contact reception.

Swimmingpool
Our popular pool area consists of two pools, one of which is a kids’ pool. You will also find two exciting water slides.
Free admission for campers. During the summer, the pool is only open to guests staying at First Camp Ekerum – Öland.
