Camping at First Camp Lakolk Strand
Book in advance or check in spontaneously! You can book camping online right up until 11:30 PM every day – and check in the very same evening.
The campsite offers a large number of green grass pitches in a beautiful natural setting – right next to the wide sandy beach. Here, you can enjoy the fresh sea air, the sound of the waves, and the feeling of true freedom. The pitches range from 60–100 m², and many of them are equipped with 10-amp electricity, allowing you to camp with both comfort and flexibility.
All pitches are clearly marked with numbered stones in the grass, and you must always position your unit to the right of the stone. Out of consideration for your neighbours and to maintain a clear overview of the campsite, it is not permitted to change pitches or occupy another available pitch without agreement with the reception. If you wish to move, our team will be happy to help you.

Pitch with electricity located directly by the dunes, with a short walk to the sea. Suitable for tents, caravans, and motorhomes.

Motorhomes
Comfort pitch with electricity and water
A 100 m² pitch with a solid surface, complemented by a pleasant gravel area for outdoor furniture, relaxation, or play. These comfort pitches are reserved exclusively for motorhomes.

Tents
At First Camp Lakolk Strand – Rømø, there are many different pitches to choose from for guests camping in tents. The pitches are approximately 60–100 m², and many are equipped with 10-amp electricity. The campsite offers three large service buildings with showers, toilets, and kitchen facilities. Washing machines and tumble dryers are available in Service Building 3.
Please remember to always park on your reserved pitch and place your tent to the right of the numbered stone. If you would like a specific pitch, feel free to speak to us at the reception – changing pitches without agreement is not permitted.
Service buildings
The campsite has three large service buildings, all equipped with showers, toilets, and kitchen facilities, making it easy to manage everyday needs during your stay. In Service Building 3, you’ll also find washing machines and tumble dryers – ideal for longer stays or when your beachwear needs refreshing.
Next to the same building, you’ll find the environmental station, where you can sort your waste in an eco-friendly way.

Did you know that we offer pitches for guests who wish to keep their caravan with us for the entire season – including before and after the main season? You decide how long your season will last.

Dog-friendly at First Camp Lakolk
Here, your dog can enjoy long walks, take a refreshing dip in the sea, and play freely in our dog exercise area. We also offer a firework-free New Year’s Eve, ensuring your dog can enjoy a calm and comfortable holiday.
Self-service machine at First Camp Lakolk
Have you already booked a pitch online or through our Guest Service?
Then you can easily check in upon arrival at First Camp Lakolk using our self-service terminal, which is open daily from 1:00 PM to 11:00 PM.
How to check in using the terminal:
- Select your language (Danish, English, or German) in the top right corner of the screen.
- Choose “Already booked”.
- Enter your customer number.
- Enter your booking number.
- Pay any outstanding balance using a payment card.
A receipt will then be printed showing your pitch number and barrier gate code, allowing you to drive in and find your pitch.
The barrier code is printed at the bottom of the receipt.
You will, of course, have free access to the campsite’s service buildings.
Haven’t booked a pitch yet?
You can easily make a booking directly at the self-service terminal – skip the queue and settle in at the campsite straight away.
How to book using the terminal:
- Select your language (Danish, English, or German) in the top right corner of the screen.
- Follow the on-screen instructions.
- Pay using a payment card (cash is not accepted).
Once the booking and payment are completed, a receipt will be printed.
Then press “Yes” to receive an additional receipt showing your pitch number and barrier gate code.
The code is printed at the bottom of the receipt.
