Welcome to our campsite in Oskarshamn, First Camp Gunnarsö – Oskarshamn. Here you can enjoy a holiday surrounded by nature and the beautiful archipelago, with the Baltic Sea as your backdrop. Near the campsite, you’ll find scenic hiking trails, sunny cliffs, and child-friendly beaches. Astrid Lindgren’s World and the Kingdom of Crystal are just a short drive away, and from the harbour (about 2.5 km from Gunnarsö) ferries depart for Öland, Gotland, and Blå Jungfrun.

For the kids, there’s plenty of fun on beautiful Gunnarsö – they’ll play and explore all week long! On-site you can rent bikes and pedal boats, just to mention a few summer favourites. During summer, there’s even more to enjoy, like kids’ club, outdoor workouts, and evening entertainment for the whole family!
With its beautiful location on the east coast, Gunnarsö offers true holiday relaxation for those who want to unwind and simply enjoy life. 🌿 When it’s time to recharge, you’ll find both meals and treats close at hand. Our popular First Camp Bistro serves lunch and dinner with a sea view from the terrace – a favourite among both kids and adults. And if you fancy something light or prefer to cook your own meal, our shop has everything you need – from everyday essentials to ice cream and freshly baked bread.

First Camp Gunnarsö – Oskarshamn is open all year round for those who wish to stay in a cabin. Camping and motorhome pitches are closed during winter as we only have summer water. Our bistro and shop have seasonal opening hours that vary throughout the year.

From July 22nd to 27th, 2024, we welcome the O-Ringen Smålandskusten event here at First Camp Gunnarsö – Oskarshamn. During this period, accommodation can only be booked online, with a minimum stay of five nights. See more information in the online booking. Please note that there may be extra movement and activity at the campsite during this period. If the campsite is fully booked, we highly recommend First Camp Oknö – Mönsterås.
