Edsvik – Grebbestad

First Camp Edsvik – Grebbestad is a popular family camping site located on the outskirts of Grebbestad in Bohuslän. The area is surrounded by beautiful nature and it is not difficult to understand why the coastline of Bohuslän is one of Sweden’s most visited places by tourists. Here you can enjoy the sun and swimming in the sea by the camping sites beautiful and child friendly sandy beach or on the west coast cliffs. You will have the option to accommodate in a cabin or on the spacious camping plots and on site you will find everything you might need to make your holiday wonderful.

 

Except the lovely days in the sun by the beach First Camp Edsvik – Grebbestad can also offer you a variety of activities and entertainment for all ages. Close by the beach there is a playground and a mini golf course. During peak season there is also a kids club with fun activities almost every day – such as crab fishing competitions, treasure hunting and horseback riding. For the grownups there is fun and well appreciated sing along nights, quiz walks, boules competitions and pub nights.

 

Close by you will find the city of Grebbestad that offers more adventures such as boat tours along the coastline, seal safari, sea fishing, diving and kayak paddling. For you who like to explore the nature the beautiful national park Tjurpannan and Bohusleden is located close to the site.

Waste
At First Camp, we actively work towards a better environment and hope that you, as our guest, do the same. At our waste stations, we sort plastic, aluminum, glass, paper, and newspapers. Instructions are available at each station.

 

Bus Connections
A bus stops 300 meters from the campsite.

 

Shop
The shop is open during the spring and summer seasons. It is gradually stocked in spring to offer a full range during the summer.

The destination is environmentally certified with Green Key.

Defibrillator
A defibrillator is available in the reception.

 

Service Card
Upon check-in, you will receive a service card. This card grants access to the campsite’s service facilities. Lost cards are subject to a fee.

 

Dumping Station
A waste station is available in our service buildings and outside the reception. A rinse plate for gray water disposal for fixed tanks is also located on the grounds; refer to the map for its location.

 

Motor Traffic
Idling is allowed for a maximum of 1 minute within the area.

 

WIFI

WiFi is limited and available in service building 2, the reception, and the bistro. Please note that it may slow down during peak times.

 

Age Limit
From June 20–22, 2025, all members of your party must be at least 25 years old to book and stay with us. Outside of this week, all guests must be 18 years old or accompanied by a guardian. Valid ID must be presented upon request.

 

Opening Hours
First Camp Edsvik – Grebbestad is open year-round. Other units, such as the restaurant and shop, have varying opening hours depending on the season.
