Bathing paradise on Skåne's eastern coastline
Our campsite in Åhus, outside Kristianstad on the east coast of Skåne, is close to extensive beaches, magical forests and calm lakes. Åhus has been a popular seaside resort since the end of the 19th century, where thousands of people travelled every year to enjoy the long white sandy beach.
First Camp Åhus – Kristianstad includes a breathtaking high rope course and a playground. Åhus town centre can be reached quickly with a walk or bike ride, and there are many interesting excursions in the region, including the Åhus Museum, the “Absolut Vodka“ exhibition, Ale’s Stones, medieval Glimmingehus Castle in Simrishamn, the apple region of Kivik, “Wallander’s Ystad“ and the Tosselilla Amusement Park.
At Åhus, guests in caravans and tents reside on our lovely camping pitches of varying size and for those in campers there are plenty of asphalted camper plots with patios. But here you don’t have to have your own home with you, if you don’t want to, because it offers both comfortable cabins and glamingtents. All this only a few steps away from the white beach of Täppet and its cooling sea.

Waste & Recycling
At First Camp, we actively work towards a better environment, and we hope you’ll join us in doing the same. At our waste stations, we sort items such as plastic, aluminum, glass, cardboard, and newspapers. Instructions are available at each station.
Barrier Gates
Open the barrier using the access card you received at check-in.
Bus Connections
Bus line 552 stops 200 meters from the campsite. Timetables are available at the bus stop or in the Skånetrafiken app.
Shop
The service shop is open during the spring and summer seasons. It is gradually stocked during spring to offer a full range during the summer season.
Defibrillator
A defibrillator is available at the reception.
Service Card
At check-in, you will receive an access/service card. These can be loaded with money and used for services such as washing machines (showers are free of charge).
Waste Disposal Station
Waste disposal facilities are available in all service buildings. For fixed tanks, there is a station near the motorhome pitches.
WiFi
WiFi is available throughout the campsite. Please note that speeds may be slower during peak season.
