Cool off with a swim in the blue or take a leisurely day at Bökhults beach, just steps from Sjöstugan. On the beach there are a jetty, a playing area, beach volleyball courts and a barbecue area located.

Lake Möckeln is rich in fish – perch, roach, and pike, as well as pike-perch and catfish. Fishing from the shore works great, but if you want to catch the really big fish, you can rent a boat from us and head out to the deeper parts of the lake. In September 2017, one of our guests caught an 8 kg pike!

Please note that we do not sell fishing permits on site, but they can easily be purchased through iFiske.

After a wonderful day, treat yourself to some relaxation in our wood-fired hot tub. Unwind, enjoy the warmth, and recharge in a cozy setting. The hot tub accommodates 4–6 people – just contact the reception and we’ll help you book it.
Tip for larger groups: combine the hot tub with a sauna evening for a truly luxurious and relaxing experience!

By us you can rent canoes, one-person-kayaks, and rowboats. Bring a picnic basket and paddle out to one of the many islands in Möckeln, or why not bring a tent and go on a slightly longer trip. Life vests and paddles are always included in the price.

We do not offer transportation of either people or kayaks, but if you want, you can start from Sjöstugan and borrow canoes and kayaks here.

Go for a boat ride and discover your surroundings from the water. The perfect activity if you want to get a workout in during your holiday while enjoying nature at the same time. As much fun for young and old campers alike! Ask at the reception about secret gems that cannot be missed.

Right next to the campsite, you’ll find a very nice playground. It’s located right by the water and includes, among other things, a large climbing net, swings, and much more! A guaranteed hit for all the little campers who want to play during the holiday. For parents, there are benches and wooden sofas to sit on with a beautiful view of the lake.

Rent a rowboat and head out towards beautiful views! A relaxing activity for those who want to enjoy the quiet waters. Bring your swimwear and don’t forget the life jacket!

Rent our unique wood-fired sauna boat for a relaxing spa evening with friends, family, or colleagues. Enjoy the sauna, take a swim, and admire the lake views all year round – either from inside the sauna or from the cozy rooftop deck. During winter, it’s especially refreshing to take an icy dip after your sauna session.

The sauna boat accommodates up to 9 people and is perfect for unwinding, taking a break from everyday life, and spending quality time together. The boat is rented for a two-hour session. Please contact the reception for questions or bookings.

SUP (Stand Up Paddling) is a relatively new sport that is somewhat reminiscent of surfing, only the boards are generally larger and you’re standing, paddling your way forward. Challenging but great fun for both young and old campers! Of course, you can also choose to sit or lie down on your board and just relax? You decide!
