Dog-friendly at Siljansbadet – Rättvik

At Siljansbadet in Rättvik, dogs are more than welcome! Enjoy peaceful walks by the water, refreshing swims, and a dog play area where your furry friend can stretch their legs. Dog shower
After a day full of discoveries, it’s nice to freshen up. The dog shower is located by service building 1 – perfect for rinsing off sandy paws and a shaggy coat.

 

Dog beach
For water-loving dogs, there’s a designated dog beach in the bay just north of the campsite, between the camping area and Rättvik Church. Here, both two- and four-legged guests can enjoy a cooling dip in Lake Siljan.

 

Dog play area
Just north of the campsite, near the dog beach, there’s a dog play area where dogs can run free off-leash. A great place to burn off some energy!

 

Walking trails
The shoreline of Lake Siljan offers scenic walking trails for both short legs and long strides. Head south along the water to the marina, or north past Rättvik Church and the charming Gammelgården. Wherever you walk, beautiful views and exciting scents await.
