Action-packed all year round in Orsa!

We love ball games of all kinds! Here you can dribble past your friends on the basketball court, hone your technique on your own, or challenge your family to a game or two. A fun and exciting sport a little out of the ordinary, and one that is becoming increasingly popular for people of all ages. Get ready for a match, because here we go!

Stretching along the entire campsite, and with its shallow waters, it is no surprise that this 1-kilometre, child-friendly beach often goes by the name “the Riviera of Dalarna”.

Two large playgrounds can be found along the beach, as well as benches for resting and a separate area for those who want to swim with their dog. The dog swim area can be found at the far end of the campsite, next to the 800 area.

At Orsa – Dalarna, there are simply excellent bathing opportunities for adults, kids, and four-legged friends alike! Enjoy a refreshing dip while taking in the stunning views.

Gather your crew and play on our popular beach volleyball court. The perfect activity during summer, allowing you to exercise and hang out with family and friends all at once! Why not end the game with a refreshing dip in the water? Sounds good if you ask us!

Try our popular jumping pillows! We have two jumping pillows on our campsite; a smaller one by the playground below Kajutan Activity Centre and a larger one beautifully located on the beach of Lake Orsa. Let your kids jump and have fun while you sit back and enjoy the lovely views of the lake and the warm rays of the sun.

NOTE! Keep in mind that the jumping pillow may be slippery when wet. An adult should always be nearby and supervise.

When the temperature drops below zero and it is time for a winter holiday, we have pleasant tracks and slopes in the area. Put on your thermal underwear to stay warm, fill a thermos with hot chocolate and enjoy the wonderful winter landscape.

Between weeks 27-32, we offer fantastic camping evenings with entertainment several days a week! Sing along, dance, and enjoy a wonderful evening with family and camping neighbors. All activities are included in the price when you book.

Between weeks 27-32, we invite kids to loads of fun activities at the campsite. Yessi will even join in on some of them! All activities are included in the price when you book. A summer holiday you won’t forget!

Our youngest campers can splash around in our children’s pool, which is a clear favourite. Here you can splash and play as much as you like, or even practice learning to swim for the first time. No landlubbers here – there are endless opportunities for pool fun!

Go for a boat ride and discover your surroundings from the water. The perfect activity if you want to get a workout in during your holiday while enjoying nature at the same time. As much fun for young and old campers alike! Ask at the reception about secret gems that cannot be missed.

Experience the beautiful surroundings by bike. We have bikes for both adults and kids. All bikes are rented via Kajutan Activity Centre. You can take a short ride or spend the whole day discovering everything that Orsa has to offer. We highly recommend a day trip around the quaint villages of Orsa. Cosy and beautiful environments guaranteed.

Rent a canoe and paddle on Lake Orsa or down the river. The canoes seat 4 people (2 adults + 2 children). A lovely activity for the whole family and a perfect opportunity to spend time together while enjoying the beautiful surroundings. Definitely the best of two worlds!

SUP (Stand Up Paddling) is a relatively new sport that is somewhat reminiscent of surfing, only the boards are generally larger and you’re standing, paddling your way forward. Challenging but great fun for both young and old campers! Of course, you can also choose to sit or lie down on your board and just relax? You decide!

The pool area comprises three pools and two water slides. The smallest pool is an adventure pool for the young ones of the family, and in the largest pool, you’ll find a pirate ship.

The largest pool is 50 metres long and 1.5 to 2 metres deep. The medium pool is 17 metres long and 0.6 metres deep.

We reserve the right to close the bath earlier in bad weather and at thunder. We also reserve the right to close the bath for any technical errors or reasons beyond our control, without compensation for camping guests.
