Camping First Camp Mellsta
At First Camp Mellsta – Borlänge you can book accommodation for caravans, camper vans or tents. We have 2 service houses on the campsite and check-in takes place at 13:00 for those staying in the camping area. Check-out is not later than 11:00. Camping pitch
Freedom is to be able to bring your own house exactly where you feel like going. First Camp’s campsites are very popular holiday destinations and we recommend that you book your place in advance online to get just the one you want. First Camp Mellsta offers nice accommodation in beautiful and relaxing surroundings close to Dalälven. Here we have 125 camping plots for caravans, RVs and tents. The camping site is open all year around and for you who wish to stay for a longer amount of time there is also seasonal plots to rent. The camping site is equipped with toilets, showers, nursing rooms, washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwasher, oven and microwave. On site you will also find a restaurant, a café, a fast food kitchen and a kiosk. Dogs are more than welcome too as long as they are kept on a leash while on site. Close by you can find a dog friendly beach where your dog can go for a swim and play in the water.

The perfect camping pitch for those with an extra large equipage or those who want some extra space. These camping pitches are located in a green and lush area with proximity to the service building with all facilities you need. Choose your specific pitch from the map when you book. The following pitches have 10 amps: 9, 26–29, 36–37, 46–52, 56–60, 93–95, 97 The following pitches have 16 amps: 32–33, 68, 81–84, 87–92

These camping pitches are located in a green and lush area with proximity to the service building with all facilities you need. Choose your specific pitch from the map when you book. The following pitches have 10 amps: 1, 3–4, 14–16, 18, 20–21, 23, 30, 40–45, 69–74, 96 The following pitches have 16 amps: 24–25, 31, 34–35, 38–39, 61–64, 66–67, 75–80, 85–86
Camping pitch with electricity - Max 7 meters
Most of these camping pitches are located in proximity to the reception, playground and miniature golf course. Each pitch is located on grass in a green and lush area of the camping site. Choose your specific pitch from the map when you book. The following pitches within this category have 10 amps except for pitch 65, which has 16 amps.

Camping Mellsta offers nice accommodation in beautiful and relaxing surroundings close to Dalälven. Here we have 125 camping plots for caravans, RVs and tents. We also have 12 cabins in different sizes to choose from. The camping site is open all year around and for you who wish to stay for a longer amount of time there is also seasonal plots to rent. The camping site is equipped with toilets, showers, nursing rooms, washing machines, tumble dryers, dishwasher, oven and microwave. On site you will also find a restaurant, a café, a fast food kitchen and a kiosk. Dogs are more than welcome too as long as they are kept on a leash while on site.
