Björkäng – Varberg

First Camp Björkäng – Varberg in Tvååker, south of Varberg, is a beautifully located family camping. The area is rightfully called Hallands riviera and at the camping site you will find everything you need to create lovely holiday memories. At Camping Björkäng you can choose to accommodate in a caravan, an RV, a tent or in a cabin located close to the beautiful beach. Spend your days enjoying the sun and swimming in the sea, or pick and choose from our variety of activities, such as mini golf, boules, or beach volleyball. Here you will find activities for the whole family to enjoy. On site you can also get what you need in a well organised supermarket or go for something to eat at the restaurant.

 

The child friendly sandy beach at Björkäng offers the whole family to enjoy beautiful days with loads of sun, swimming in the sea, playing and walking along the shore. If you have had enough of sandy days by the beach there is opportunities to play mini golf, boules and football on the camping site. For the younger children there is also a playground and a kids club where they can spend time and have fun together during summer.

 

In access to the camping site there is a national park which is perfect for hikes and long walks with the dog. With just a short journey in the car you can also find the big shopping center Ullared, the city of Falkenberg and Varberg.

Waste
At First Camp, we actively work for a better environment and hope that you as a guest do the same. At our waste stations, we sort items such as plastic, aluminium, glass, cardboard and newspapers. Instructions are available at each station.

 

Barriers
Open the barrier using the access cards you received at check-in.

 

Bus connections
The bus stops 500 metres from the campsite. Timetables are available at the reception.

 

Shop
The service shop is open during the spring and summer season. It is gradually stocked throughout spring to offer a full range during the summer season.

 

Defibrillator
A defibrillator is located at the reception.

 

Service card
At check-in you will receive access/service cards. These can be topped up with money and used for e.g. washing machines (showers are free and no card is needed to use them).

 

Emptying station
Chemical toilet emptying is available by service buildings 3 and 4 on the campsite.

 

WiFi
WiFi is available in limited parts of the area.

 

Opening hours
First Camp Björkäng – Varberg is open all year round. Other facilities such as the bistro and shop have varying opening hours depending on the season.
