Here you’ll find everything from disc golf, thrilling mountain biking and lakeside fun to fishing, hiking and top-class winter activities. With scenic pitches, forest cabins and comfortable rooms, there are accommodation options to suit every preference, no matter the season. And just twenty kilometres away, the city of Örebro awaits with shopping, entertainment, Megafun and the Gustavsvik adventure pool.

 

Summer in Ånnaboda
When summer arrives, Ånnaboda fills with energy, adventure and long days spent outdoors. You can hit the mountain bike trails, challenge friends to a round of disc golf or simply enjoy the nature surrounding the lake. At Lake Ånnabosjön you’ll find one of the region’s finest sandy beaches – perfect for sun, swimming and lazy days by the water.

 

Fishing enthusiasts love it here: the lake offers everything from lively perch and pike to more exclusive catches like rainbow trout. And when evening comes, it’s time for campfire evenings, barbecues and relaxed moments under the trees.

 

Winter in Ånnaboda
Winter in Ånnaboda is truly something special. Here you’ll find seven miles of groomed cross-country trails attracting both recreational skiers and professionals. Just lace up your ski boots and head out – whether you’re looking for a calm tour or training for the season. Right next to the campsite runs the popular Wadköpingsloppet, a 40 km classic-style ski race that usually fills the area with excited skiers!

 

If the winter weather doesn’t allow skiing on a particular day, there are still plenty of outdoor activities to enjoy: frosty walks, fun in the snow and cosy moments in your cabin or room after a day in the white landscape. Our popular sledding hill is always a big favourite among younger campers!

 

At the campsite, you can choose between cabins, rooms or camping pitches – with grass or hardstanding surfaces. The camping area is flat and open, while the cabins are nestled in a leafy forest area for extra peace and a close-to-nature feel. You’ll also find our popular First Camp Bistro with a lovely outdoor terrace, as well as a relaxing spa area. The service buildings include showers, baby-changing facilities, a kitchen and a laundry room – everything you need for a comfortable stay. Welcome to an active holiday at the campsite just outside Örebro!

Waste

At First Camp, we work actively toward a better environment and hope that you as a guest will do the same. At our waste stations, we sort plastic, aluminium, glass, cardboard and newspapers, among other things. Instructions can be found at each station.

 

Barriers

Open the barrier using the access card you received at check-in.

 

Bus Connections

The nearest bus stop is located right outside the reception. Bus timetables are available in the reception.

 

Defibrillator

A defibrillator is available in the reception.

 

Kiosk

The kiosk is open during the spring and summer season and follows the same opening hours as the reception. It is gradually stocked during spring to offer its full assortment in the summer.

 

Service Card

At check-in, you will receive an access/service card. These can be topped up with credit and used for, for example, washing machines (showers are free).

 

Waste Disposal Station

Toilet waste disposal is available at Service Building 1 next to the barrier, as well as at Service Buildings 3 and 4 on the campsite.

 

WiFi

WiFi is available in limited areas of the campsite.

 

Opening Hours

First Camp Ånnaboda – Örebro is open all year round. Other facilities, such as the bistro and shop, have varying opening hours depending on the season.
