You also get free access to the Billie Buyer Portal, where you can view and manage your invoices and payments at any time. A convenient way for your finance department to keep track of all accommodation costs.

How to choose Billie as your payment method

Step 1:
Add your booking to the cart and proceed to checkout.
Choose “Pay by invoice for businesses” with Billie as your payment option.

Step 2:
Once the booking is completed, Billie sends the invoice to the email address provided during the booking. You will also receive reminders as the due date approaches, making sure no invoices are missed – no matter how many projects you have running.

View your invoices in the Billie Buyer Portal

The Billie Buyer Portal gives you a clear overview of all orders where Billie has been selected as the payment method. Here, you can easily track accommodation expenses, reconcile invoices with projects, and get a transparent view of what has been paid and what is still outstanding.

In the Buyer Portal, you’ll find:

  • Merchant name
  • Payment information
  • Invoice due date
  • Current invoice status
  • Invoice amount
  • Invoice adjustments

You don’t need a password to access the Billie Buyer Portal – all you need is access to the email address used for the booking.

Where can Billie be used?

Billie can be used by companies registered in a selection of supported countries. What matters is where your company is based, not where the accommodation is located. Currently, companies registered in the following countries can use Billie as a payment method:

How to access the Billie Buyer Portal

When the booking is completed, you will receive an email from Billie containing your payment details. This email includes a button, such as “Go to Buyer Portal”. Click the button to access the portal – the link is valid for 24 hours.

If you want to access the portal again after 24 hours, simply click the button in the email again to receive a new link, or request a fresh access link via portal.billie.io/login by entering the email address used at the time of booking.
