Age limit
First Camp is a family camp site and all guests must be 18 years of age or older, or be accompanied by a guardian.

Barbecue equipment must be used. Open fires on the ground are not allowed. Barbecue coals must be emptied into special containers near the waste station.

Open the barriers with the access cards you received at check-in. The barriers are locked at night from 24:00 to 07:00.

Enjoy yourself, but be sure to show consideration for others when cycling.

We are a cash-free destination. This means that it is not possible to pay cash with us or exchange foreign currency. Of course, we accept all regular debit- and credit cards. If you have any questions, you are welcone to contact us.

Caravan lineup

Checking in
Check-in is from 13:00 for camping and 15:00 for cottages on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after our regular opening hours, please contact the reception in advance.

Checking out
Checking out is by 11:00 at the latest. If you wish to check out before the reception has opened, please contact the reception the day before your departure.

Cleaning of the cottage
Cleaning equipment is available in all cottages. You can also pay for the final cleaning, contact the reception.

Complaints/points of view
At First Camp we are happy to hear your points of view, so that we can be even better. Remember to notify the reception desk as soon as possible if a problem arises so we may rectify this.

Defibrillators are available at the reception.

Emptying latrines
Latrine containers can be emptied in Service House 2. Fixed tanks can be emptied at a separate station in the assembly area.

Night-time security
We have night-time security during certain periods of the year. Our nighttime security staff can at all time be reached on: +46 (0)491-77 220.

Opening hours
See notice in the reception, at or in our app.

Peace and order must be kept throughout the day. The hours of silence are between 24:00 and 07:00.

Cars must be parked on the camp site or outside the cottage. If you have more than one car, these must be parked in the car park indicated.

Dogs are welcome at our campsites but must be on a leash and must not be in our common service spaces. Take your dog for a walk outside the camping area and do not forget to bring dog waste bags.

Play and have fun on the playgrounds but remember that silence must be maintained on the grounds between 24:00 and 07:00.

Fire/emergency: give first aid, then call for assistance on 112, put out fires. Fire extinguishers are provided in several locations, see map.

Service card
You will be given a pass card/service card when checking in. These can be charged with money and used for i.e. washing machines (showers are free). Lost cards are charged at sek 50.

Service buildings
The service building is for guests living on the camp site or in an individual cottage. The service building is open 24 hours a day.

At First Camp we like to do our bit to improve the environment and hope that our guests will do so too. At our waste and recycling stations we sort plastics, aluminium, glass, paper and newspapers. Instructions are provided at each station.

Vehicular traffic
There are a lot of people staying on the camp site, please observe the speed limit of 10km/h.

Wifi is provided throughout the grounds.
