Practical Information

Safe to visit

Safe to Visit
We want our guests to feel safe and well looked after when staying with us. At First Camp, we follow all guidelines established by the authorities and the industry organisation Visitas, so you can feel safe when camping with us. Learn more about our measures: here.

See our activity programme or at our reception.

At First Camp, we make active efforts to improve the environment, and we encourage our guests to do the same. At our waste stations, we sort plastic, aluminium, glass, paper and newspapers. Instructions are posted at each station.

Boom gate
Open the boom gate with the entry card you received at check-in. When leaving, the boom gate will open automatically.

Remember to take it easy and show consideration for pedestrians when cycling in the area.

Use the camping grills for barbecuing. Open campfires on the ground are not permitted. Charcoal must be emptied into special containers at the waste station.

Express check-out
When you check out, you can use our express check-out and put your key/card in the red box.

Defibrillators are located at the reception office.

Dogs are welcome at our campsites, but must be kept on a lead, and they cannot be brought into common service areas. When walking dogs outside the campsite, remember to bring a dog waste bag.

Check-in is from 1:00 pm for camping and 3:00 pm for cabins on the day of arrival. Please contact the reception office in advance if you plan to arrive after ordinary opening hours.

Complaints / comments
Here at First Camp, we are happy to hear your ideas on how we can improve. If a problem should arise, please notify reception as soon as possible so that we can resolve this.
