First Camp Club – members club
If you like camping, you will love First Camp Club. It is our own member club that gives you bonus points, unique discounts and offers. The club is available both in the First Camp app where you create a profile, and it is also available online on the homepage where you log in under “my pages”.
It is free to be a member and it is free to download the app.
You have everything to win
Here’s how to earn and use points online and in the app:
- Log in with your information on the website or app.
- Make the booking and the points are updated to your account when checked out from your visit at the campsite.
- When paying, you can also choose to pay the booking with your already earned points.
Here’s how to earn and spend points on phone / reception bookings:
- Enter your customer number (the ID that you find under your profile in the app) or the email address you have associated with First Camp Club when you make your reservation.
- When you then pay you can choose to use your already earned points.
As a member you get:
- 10% of the accommodation value in points of what you book online or through the app.
For example: If you book camping for 500 SEK, you get 50 points.
- 5% of the accommodation value in points of what you book by phone or directly on site.
For example: If you book camping for 500 SEK, you get 25 points.
Use your bonus points:
• For bookings at our destinations either online, in the app or over the phone and at the reception.
Points for First Camp Club:
Points earned in 2017 and 2018, as well as points earned in 2019, are valid until 2020-12-31. Points earned during 2020 expires at year-end next year.
Only bookings directly with First Camp are points-based.
You can collect and use points on all our Swedish campsites.
Points are not awarded on discounted prices, such as monthly and seasonal prices or company bookings.
Points are not awarded to bookings made prior to registering your membership in First Camp Club.
Bookings paid with points are not points-based.
The points are awarded after you have checked out from your stay.

Questions and answers
How do I become a member of First Camp Club?
You become a member by registering an account in our First Camp app. Download the latest app update on the App Store or Google Play. You can also register online at the website.
What happened to my points from the Campers Club / First Club?
If you were previously a member of Campers Club or First Club then your points have been transferred to First Camp Club.
If you were a member of both clubs then your points have been added to the new club First Camp Club.
No points have been removed, only more features have been added.
Are there no Campers Club and First Club left?
Campers Club and First Club have become a joint club for all camping lovers! Now the club is called First Camp Club and is available both in the app (First Camp) and online. You use the same email address you used before.
I have a new number of points?
To make everything as simple as possible in the new club, each earned point is worth a penny. If you have previously had points in both Campers Club and First Club, your points have been added to your membership in the new First Camp Club. If you have any questions about the points, contact support at email@example.com and we will help you.
I haven't got my points?
Sometimes the technology does not work properly, but we will help you if you have any questions about missing points. Contact firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.
How do I log in to the app?
Download the latest app update on the App Store or Google Play. In the latest update, log in under the “My Profile” tab (First Club).
My old password doesn't work?
First try to create a new password by pressing “forgotten password”, either in the app or on “my pages” on the website. If that doesn’t work, contact support at email@example.com or 0771-101 200.
What can I buy with points?
You can use the points on new bookings, as well as on the items listed in the points shop in the app.
Where is the points shop?
The points shop can be found in the app. There you can see how many points you have as well as what different items you can buy with points on a selection of our destinations.
I can't see my points?
Download the latest app update on the App Store or Google Play. Log in with your user account and look under the “My profile” tab. You can also see your points if you log in under “My pages” on the website. If you do not find any points, contact support and we will help you.
My username doesn't work?
Your username is the email address you registered. If this does not work, you are welcome to contact support and we will help you.
Why not all destinations in the points shop?
During the winter we will review our points shop in the app and before the season starts in April 2020, several of our destinations will be included in the points shop so that you can use the points on selected products in more destinations.
