First Camp Club
If you like camping you will love our member club First Camp Club. As a member, you earn points on your bookings, take advantage of great discounts and unique offers. It costs nothing to be a member.
You earn points at all our Swedish and Danish destinations – the more destinations you visit, the more points you collect. You get your points when you check out of your stay. Use your earned points by paying for new bookings.
You can easily see your points balance here on “My pages” and in the First Camp app. The app is available for free download in both Google Play and the App Store.
Collect & pay with bonus points
As a member of First Camp Club you get:
- 10 % of the accommodation value in points of what you book online or through the app.
For example: If you book camping for 500 SEK, you get 50 points.
- 5 % of the accommodation value in points of what you book by phone or directly on site.
For example: If you book camping for 500 SEK, you get 25 points.
You can use your bonus points for:
- For bookings at our destinations either online, in the app or over the phone and at the reception.
Flexible & simple – this is how you do it
Earn and use points via the online / app:
- Log in with your information on the website or app.
- Complete the booking and the points will be updated in your account after you visit.
- When paying, you can also choose to pay the booking with your already earned points.
Earn and use points over the phone / at the reception:
- Enter your customer number (the ID that you find under your profile in the app) or the email address you have associated with First Camp Club when you make your reservation.
- When you then pay you can choose to use your already earned points.
Points earned during the current year expire at the turn of the year next year.
Only bookings directly with First Camp are points-based.
You can collect and use points at all our Swedish and Danish campsites.
Points are not awarded on discounted prices, such as monthly and seasonal prices or company bookings.
Points are not awarded on discount prices/promotional offers.
Points are not awarded to bookings made prior to registering your membership in First Camp Club.
Bookings that are paid fully or partially with points and our cards are not point-earning.
The points are awarded after you have checked out from your stay.

Did you not get any bonus points after your last camping stay? We are happy to help you post-register bonus points for stays up to six months back in time – you must be a member during this time.
Questions and answers
How do I become a member of First Camp Club?
You become a member by registering an account in our First Camp app. Download the latest app update on the App Store or Google Play. You can also register online at the website.
What happened to my points from the Campers Club / First Club?
If you were previously a member of Campers Club or First Club then your points have been transferred to First Camp Club.
If you were a member of both clubs then your points have been added to the new club First Camp Club.
No points have been removed, only more features have been added.
Are there no Campers Club and First Club left?
Campers Club and First Club have become a joint club for all camping lovers! Now the club is called First Camp Club and is available both in the app (First Camp) and online. You use the same email address you used before.
I have a new number of points?
To make everything as simple as possible in the new club, each earned point is worth a penny. If you have previously had points in both Campers Club and First Club, your points have been added to your membership in the new First Camp Club. If you have any questions about the points, contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will help you.
I haven't got my points?
Sometimes the technology does not work properly, but we will help you if you have any questions about missing points. Contact email@example.com and we will help you.
How do I log in to the app?
Download the latest app update on the App Store or Google Play. In the latest update, log in under the “My Profile” tab (First Club).
My old password doesn't work?
First try to create a new password by pressing “forgotten password”, either in the app or on “my pages” on the website. If that doesn’t work, contact support at firstname.lastname@example.org or 0771-101 200.
What can I buy with points?
You can use the points on new bookings.
I can't see my points?
Download the latest app update on the App Store or Google Play. Log in with your user account and look under the “My profile” tab. You can also see your points if you log in under “My pages” on the website. If you do not find any points, contact support and we will help you.
My username doesn't work?
Your username is the email address you registered. If this does not work, you are welcome to contact support and we will help you.
