Practical info

Safe to Visit
We want our guests to feel safe and well looked after when staying with us. At First Camp, we follow all guidelines established by the authorities and the industry organisation Visitas, so that you can feel safe when camping with us. Learn more about the measures we take here.

At First Camp, we make active efforts to improve the environment, and we encourage our guests to do the same. At our waste stations, we sort plastic, aluminium, glass, paper, and newspapers. Instructions are posted at each station.

Boom gate
Open the boom gate with the access card you received at check-in.

Remember to take it easy and show consideration for pedestrians when cycling in the area.

Express check-out
When you check out, you can use our express check-out and put your key/card
in the red box.

Use the camping grills for barbecuing. Open campfires on the ground are not permitted. Charcoal must be emptied into special containers at the waste station.

Defibrillators are located at the reception office.

Dogs are welcome at our campsites but must be kept on a leash and cannot be brought into common service areas. When walking dogs outside the campsite, remember to bring a dog waste bag.

Charging stations for electric cars
At Sunne there are 4 charging stations for electric cars.

Check-in is available from 13:00 (1 pm) for camping and 15:00 (3 pm) for cabins on the day of arrival. Please contact the reception office in advance if you plan to arrive after ordinary opening hours.

Complaints / Comments
Here at First Camp, we are happy to hear your ideas on how we can improve. If a problem should arise, please notify reception as soon as possible so that we can resolve it.

We are an entirely cash-free destination. Naturally, we accept all major debit and credit cards.

Wastewater emptying
Wastewater emptying can be done at service buildings 1 and 2.

Play and have fun at the playgrounds, but we ask that campers respect our quiet hours between 24:00 and 07:00 (11 pm and 7 am).

Motor traffic
There are many people in the area, so please respect the speed limit of 10 km/h.

Peace and order are essential at all times. Quiet hours are between 24:00 and 07:00.

Passenger cars can be parked on pitches or outside cabins. Please park other vehicles in the designated car park.

Service buildings
Service buildings are intended for those camping on pitches or in simple cabins. Service buildings are open 24 hours a day. Service building 1 is open during the winter, in service building 2 is only the showers and toilets open.

Service card
Upon check-in, you will receive an access / a service card. These can be loaded with money and used for e.g. washing machines (showers are free). Lost cards will be subject to a charge of SEK 50.

Cleaning of cabins
Cleaning equipment can be found in all cabins. Final cleaning can also be booked by contacting the reception office.

Fire and emergency procedures: Save anyone in danger, phone 112 emergency services, extinguish the fire. Fire extinguishers are placed in several locations. See the map.

Caravan lineup

Check-out is 11:00 for cabins and 12:00 for camping.

Wi-Fi is not available in the area.

Minimum age
First Camp is a family campsite, and all guests must be 18 years of age or in the company of an adult over 18.
