Exercise at Hagön-Halmstad this summer!

During the summer weeks 27–32 you have the opportunity to start off the day gaining lots of energy! Here, at Hagön-Halmstad, yoga and circuit training is offered between Tuesday and Thursday each week.

And of course training + camping is a splendid combo! Everyone can participate in our training classes. Both of them are designed at beginner level. This is also the perfect opportunity for adults and children to workout together.

It’s free to participate for all campers.
