Sauna and steam room
A visit to the sauna helps to strengthen our immune responses, improve circulation and, not least, ease stress and tension. An important thing to remember before visiting the sauna is that you shouldn’t be hungry, thirsty or chilled. If your feet feel cold, it is a good idea to start with a warm-up. Spoil yourself with a massage before or after going to the sauna or steam room. This helps ease tension in the body.
Our sauna is closed in the winter period (but can be opened) and is open throughout the summer.
