How to book and check in outside reception opening hours

Our destinations are open 24-hours a day – even when there is no staff. And to answer your question of whether you can check in without the assistance of reception staff – yes, of course! With us, you can come and go as you please, but please note that the latest check-in time is 23:00. This also applies during the winter season, when many reception offices are closed during evenings and weekends.

Easy to book, check in and enjoy a stay at our destinations:

No booking? Follow these steps and we will check you in!
  1. Book and pay for your stay through our onlinebooking*.
  2. Shortly after you complete your booking, you will receive a check-in SMS from us.
  3. Use your code to retrieve your access cards from our key box and check in at the campsite.

*Online booking is open every day until 18:30 (Fridays until 19:30) for same-day arrivals.

Have you booked but need help to get in?

No problem. You will get a text message from your destination with the information you need for a convenient check-in when you arrive.

After the Contact Center opening hours, you will automatically be connected with our night duty staff who will let you in. Please note that it is only possible to book accommodations for the night during Contact Center opening hours.
