Start the day with renewed energy! All campers have the chance to start the day in the best possible way – working up a sweat with some strengthening, fun exercises outdoors. This summer, we will offer no fewer than four free exercise sessions a week in weeks 27–32.

And exercise + camping is definitely a wonderful combination! We can agree on that, at least. The summer exercise programme offers four different types of exercise, spread over four days of the week. Campers both large and small are welcome, and you just do what you can according to your level of ability. It does not matter whether you are a complete beginner or the member of a fitness centre. You come to our exercise sessions to gain some energy, have fun – and, of course, work up a sweat!
