A great start – four days a week
Start the day with new energy! For the second year in a row, all campers in 24 destinations in Sweden can start their day in the best possible way – with an empowering, fun, and sweaty outdoor workout. From week 27 to 32 this summer, we’ll treat you to 24 free(!) workout sessions in all selected destinations.
Isn’t fitness + camping a really great combo? We sure think so. This summer’s workout sessions include four different forms of training spread over four days a week. Both young and old campers are welcome – you go at your own pace and according to your own ability. It doesn’t matter whether you are a beginner or an avid gym visitor. Our workouts are for gathering energy, having fun, and, of course, sweating!
Will we see you at any of our 144 yoga sessions, 144 circuit training sessions, 144 HIIT sessions, or 144 dance sessions?

About our fitness
HIIT stands for High Intensity Interval Training, and as you can probably guess from the name, you come here to sweat! This is a fun and challenging workout session in intervals, where we really give it our all. Simply a perfect start to your day.
Here you get to try several different challenges, all at your own pace and at your chosen level of difficulty. Working out should be fun!
Sometimes, you may need help winding down. Breathe in, breathe out, and take a break.
Dancing is happiness. Here we have bundles of fun, rolling our hips, using spirit fingers, and laughing a tonne. Welcome to shake awake the day with us!
