You can cancel your stay until 15:00 the day before arrival with a full refund of the reservation value (minus an administration fee of DKK 100 in Denmark). This option is good if, for example, you want to book your favorite place well in advance, but are unsure whether you can come that day. We simply offer more freedom in your booking. Please note that if the reservation was made per telephone, a reservation fee of DKK 100 will also be paid, this is not refunded in case of cancellation.
