Age limit
This is a destination where guests must be over 18 years of age if not staying with a legal guardian. Note when booking that the minimum age limit may be higher for a limited period. This will be communicated by First Camp at the time of booking.

Barbecue equipment must be used. Open fires on the ground are not allowed. Barbecue coals must be emptied into special containers near the waste station.

Open the barriers with the access cards you received at check-in.

Enjoy yourself, but be sure to show consideration for others when cycling.

Bus connections
The nearest real bus stop is the central station which is about 1.2 km away. We also have a bus station where the parking buses leave in the summer which is 600m away.

We are a completely cash-free destination. We of course accept all standard debit and credit cards.

Charging stations for electric cars
At City – Strömstad there are 4 charging stations for electric cars.

Checking in
Check-in is from 13:00 for camping and 15:00 for cottages on the day of arrival. If you plan to arrive after our regular opening hours, please contact the reception in advance.

Checking out
Checking out is by 11:00 at the latest for cabins and 12:00 for camping.

Cleaning of the cottage
Cleaning equipment is available in all cottages. You can also pay for the final cleaning, contact the reception.

Complaints/points of view
At First Camp we are happy to hear your points of view, so that we can be even better. Remember to notify the reception desk as soon as possible if a problem arises so we may rectify this.

Defibrillators are outside the service building. Between the doors to the kitchen and laundry room.

Express check-out
When you check out, you can use our express check-out and put your key/card
in the red box.

Opening hours
See notice in the reception, at or in our app.

Peace and order must be kept throughout the day. The hours of silence are between 24:00 and 07:00.

Cars must be parked on the camp site or outside the cottage. If you have more than one car, these must be parked in the car park indicated.

Dogs are welcome at our campsites but must be on a leash and must not be in our common service spaces. Take your dog for a walk outside the camping area and do not forget to bring dog waste bags.

Play and have fun on the playgrounds but remember that silence must be maintained on the grounds between 24:00 and 07:00.

Fire/emergency: give first aid, then call for assistance on 112, put out fires. Fire extinguishers are provided in several locations, see map.

Service card
You will be given a pass card/service card when checking in. These can be charged with money and used for i.e. washing machines (showers are free). Lost cards are charged at sek 100.

Service buildings
The service building is for guests living on the camp site or in an individual cottage. The service building is open 24 hours a day during the summer season. Service building 1 is currently under renovation.

At First Camp we like to do our bit to improve the environment and hope that our guests will do so too. At our waste and recycling stations we sort plastics, aluminium, glass, paper and newspapers. Instructions are provided at each station.

Vehicular traffic
There are a lot of people staying on the camp site, please observe the speed limit of 10km/h.

Wifi is provided throughout the grounds.
