How to book and check in outside reception opening hours
Our destinations are open 24-hours a day – even when there is no staff. And to answer your question of whether you can check in without the assistance of reception staff – yes, of course! Here you can come and go exactly as you please. This also applies during the winter season, when many reception offices are closed during evenings and weekends.

No booking? Follow these steps and we will check you in!
- Book and pay for your stay through our onlinebooking*.
- Phone our Contact Center at 0771-101 200 and state your booking number.
- We will let you in and ensure that you get your access card or key.
*Onlinebooking is open until 4 pm for arrival the same day. Later bookings can be made by phoning the Contact Center during its opening hours.

No problem. You will get a text message from your destination with the information you need for a convenient check-in when you arrive.
