What is included in the camping plot?

At every camping plot, there is information on the size of the plot, electricity, water and other conveniences available.

How do I change my booking?

Contact the reception at the respective destination – contact details can be found under the respective campsite.

What should I think to bring along when renting a cabin?

Bring along bedlinen and towels – alternatively one can rent this at the reception.

Why should I give out my email address when making a booking?

All Bookings are confirmed via email. Besides we would like to send you an ‘after-visit’ comment form as we normally monitor our guests comments. Many of our guests would also like information about any special offers we have, but you can also unsubscribe from this if you wish to.

Why should I give my mobile number when making a booking?

In case of unexpected events, we can send you a SMS hence it is absolutely necessary to leave a contact number. If you do not have a mobile no, then you can provide an alternative phone no.

How does Collector operate?

Our collaboration with Collector Credit AB gives you a choice of payment method that suits you. If you choose to pay with an invoice, this will be sent to you via email along with confirmation of your booking. You can then choose to pay the full amount or an instalment basis of smaller amounts.

Your first invoice will be due for payment within 14 days which will include an admin fee of 39 kr. When you have received the invoice, you have a choice to make a part payment over a maximum period of 12 months and your first instalment will be the lowest amount on the invoice. Interest of 19.2% p.a. will be charged on instalment payments. Your credit status may be reviewed which in some cases will involve a credit check. For delayed and missed payments, a late payment fee of 100 kr and accrued interest will be charged.

Vad händer om jag inte betalar i tid?
Om du inte betalar din faktura i tid så skickar Collector ut en påminnelsefaktura. Denna innehåller en påminnelseavgift på 60 kr och förfaller inom 14 dagar från utskriftsdatum. Bokningen annulleras om betalning inte sker enligt ovan.

Vad kostar det att avboka med avbeställningsskydd?

Med avbeställningsskyddet kan du avboka fram till 24 timmar före ankomst och få tillbaka hela bokningsbeloppet förutom kostnaden för bokningsavgiften och avbeställningsskyddet. Giltigt skäl måste styrkas vid avbokning mindre än 30 dagar före ankomst.

What does it cost to cancel a reservation with cancellation insurance?

An administrative fee of 500 kr and possibly the booking fee, if the reservation is cancelled 30 days prior to arrival, with the provision for cancellation insurance. Cancellations made less than 30 days prior to arrival do not qualify for any refund.
